Return Policy
Order Cancellations
- Jarons allows for sales orders (excluding special orders) to be cancelled within 72 hours with a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after 72 hours will be store credit only.
- If you have paid by cash or check the refund will be made by company check. If you have paid by personal check there is a 10 days waiting period. Refund checks are processed on Thursday.
- Special orders can not be cancelled once placed with the factory. Special orders are any product that is not ‘on display’ in our showroom or online.
Returns After Delivery
- Furniture that has been delivered or picked up by our customers is not returnable or cancelable.
- In the unusual occurrence that an item arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery team or customer service within 48 hours.
- Pictures will be required and arrangements will be made to send a qualified furniture repair technician to your home to inspect the furniture, correct the problem, and provide appropriate service. Jarons reserves the right to repair or replace furniture as deemed necessary at Jarons discretion.
- In the event that you are simply unhappy with your purchase within the first 72 hours, due to no fault of Jarons, a 25% restocking fee will be charged (plus delivery and pickup charges apply). The balance will remain a store credit.
Defective and Damaged Products
- Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Manufacturers will generally require photos or an inspection of the product. Jarons will honor the manufacturer warranty as specified. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details.
- Jarons reserves the right to perform in-home inspection and repair of merchandise claimed to be damaged or defective. Service may be done in your home, in our own custom repair shop, or at the factory.
- Jarons may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace merchandise.
- After one-year Jarons will always make a ‘best attempt’ to help you resolve any issue with the furniture you purchase from our store. There may be a charge for labor or parts depending on the factory.
Extended Warranty (Guardsman Protection Plan)

- We always advise calling our customer service department for advice before submitting a claim with Guardsman.

Accessories, Rugs, Lamps
- Jarons will allow returns with no restocking fee of lamps, rugs, accessory items within 72 hours of delivery.
- Returns of these items are available for store credit or refund.
- Items must be in new condition and brought back to the store.
Mattress Comfort Guarantee
- Sleep on the bed for a minimum of 60 days. Call us before 90 days to start a comfort guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of the bed we will help re-fit you for a better comfort.
- Applies to mattresses over $799 (queen size price), we offer no comfort guarantee on mattresses that are less than $799.
- You can comfort exchange for any bed in our store, if the price is more you simply pay the difference, if it is less you will receive a store credit.
- Jarons offers a one time comfort exchange, the comfort guarantee doesn’t apply to the second mattress.
- You are responsible for paying for a delivery and exchange fee of $99 or you can return and pick up at our warehouse with no cost. Our drivers will bring all the proper bags to make sure the mattress is wrapped properly. If you choose to bring it back yourself you are responsible for wrapping the mattress and protecting against any stains and damage.
- You are responsible for purchasing a mattress protector that warranties against stains. If the mattress is soiled in any spot Jarons will not allow any exchange. We strongly encourage you to purchase our mattress protector which comes with a warranty.
- Special size mattresses do not qualify for the comfort guarantee.
- 90 days after delivery we will not allow any comfort exchange, please don’t ask.
- If you remove the law tags the comfort guarantee and manufacturers warranty are void. So don’t remove the tags.
General Policy for Purchasing Online
- If the merchandise you ordered is not available for pick up or delivery by the promised date, Jarons must offer you the choice of (1) cancelling your order with a prompt, full refund of any payments you have made, or (2) accepting delivery at a specified later date.
- The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when placing an online order with our company.
- The customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
AS IS, FLOOR SAMPLES, AND “THE HEAP” POLICY
- The policy for HEAP (clearance center) and floor samples is to sell the merchandise cash and carry. We require the merchandise to be delivered or picked up within 72 hours otherwise it will be re-sold.
- Jarons will make an exception to the 72-hour rule if the customer has bought other merchandise from the store and is waiting for delivery on all items.
LAYAWAY POLICY
- Jarons has a liberal plan to help customers pay for merchandise. It is called a PRICE GUARANTEE POLICY. You can start an order with as little as $50 deposit, this locks your price for six months.
- We will NOT hold any merchandise until the customer has paid in full and sets a delivery date.
- Customers must make a monthly payment to keep order active otherwise it will be cancelled and Jarons will hold your deposit as store credit for a two year period.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
- Jarons is so sure you will get the absolute best deals that we back up our promise with a “Jaronteed” price-match.
- Here’s how it works. If, within 30 days of buying you find the same product with the same services for less, we will match the price! Any questions? Just ask us.
- While every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is correct and current, we are not responsible for errors and/or omissions. There may be occurrences when information on our website or in our catalog may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may pertain to product pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct and/or update any content on this website without notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Services We Offer:
- At Jarons we have two options: convenient “at store” pick up or a professional white glove delivery service that is able to perform the service at a wholesale price. This rate is lower than any professional moving service.
- At the time of purchase, you may schedule a delivery day, or when your furniture arrives in our warehouse, we will call you to arrange a delivery day.
- You must accept delivery within two weeks of being notified that your merchandise is available otherwise your furniture can be re-sold.
Time of Delivery:
- Delivery is an ‘all day’ service, we do provide our best estimated 3 hour time frame, our “time frame” is our best estimate and can change.
- Jarons will provide a 3 hour time frame the night before delivery.
- Our delivery service “routes” the stops in the most efficient way possible and loads the truck the night prior to your delivery.
- If you are not home you will be charged a re-delivery charge of $50 plus a $50 restock fee.
- Please arrange to have someone 18 years of age or older available to accept delivery.
Delivery Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel a delivery you must do so 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $50 re-delivery charge and a $50 restock fee.
What Is Included With Delivery:
- Our delivery team will place the furniture in the area you designate, assemble, and remove all trash and packing materials from your property.
- They will NOT move, remove, or dispose of old furniture.
The Tight Fit:
- Some houses in this area have narrow doors and halls and low ceilings; some furniture will not fit into these houses.
- Our delivery service is instructed to make every effort to get your furniture into where you want it. They have explicit instructions not to damage the furniture or your home in the process.
- The final decision to try or not will be that of the driver. You may be asked to sign a damage waiver.
No Fit Delivery:
- It is your responsibility to measure and ensure the furniture will fit. Sometimes furniture doesn’t fit into the room or the doorway of your house.

- In the event of a no fit delivery we will work with you to re-select furniture that will fit and present you other options. Re-delivery fees will apply.
- If you choose to cancel your order the original delivery charge plus a 25% restocking fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be a store credit only, no refunds.
Climbing/Walk‑Up Fees:
- Deliveries made to units above the second story without elevator access will be subject to an additional charge of $40 per story.
Warehouse Pickup:
- Bordentown Pick up — Orders can be picked up in our Bordentown warehouse Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The warehouse is closed on Sunday and Monday.
- Lumberton Pick up — Orders can be picked up at the Lumberton store Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. They are closed for pick ups on Saturday and Sunday.
- If you choose to pick up, come prepared with a proper vehicle and equipment to secure the furniture properly.
- Our warehouse is not responsible for securing your furniture.
- You can inspect your furniture prior to loading it onto your vehicle.
- Once the furniture is loaded onto your vehicle Jarons is no longer responsible for any damages that may occur.
