Delivery and Setup

No one can deliver furniture for “free”. Any business has two options. Build the cost of delivery into the price of the merchandise or pass the cost of delivery onto the customer.

At Jarons Furniture Outlet we have two options convenient at store pick up or a delivery service that is able to perform the service at a wholesale price. This rate is lower than a professional moving service. At the time of purchase you may schedule a delivery day, or when your furniture arrives in our warehouse we will call you to arrange a delivery day. You must accept delivery within two weeks of being notified that your merchandise is available.

What Time Will You Deliver

Once our delivery service “routes” the stops in the most efficient way possible and loads the truck accordingly.  The night prior to your delivery, around 6pm, our customer service will call you and notify you of a three hour time frame in which we expect your furniture to be delivered. If you need to cancel a delivery you must do so 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a re-delivery charge. Please arrange to have someone available to accept delivery.  Our “time frame” is our best estimate and can change.

How Can I Pay

Any C.O.D.’s must be paid using cash, certified check, or, money order there will be no personal checks, or credit cards accepted during delivery.

Will They Take My Old Furniture

Our delivery service will perform the following function. They will assemble and place the furniture in the area you designate, and they will remove from your property all trash and packing material. They will not remove and or dispose of old furniture.

The Tight Fit

Some houses in this area have narrow doors and halls and low ceilings often furniture will not fit into these houses. Our delivery service is instructed to make every effort to get your furniture into where you want it. I have given them explicit instructions not to damage the furniture or your home in the process. The final decision to try or not will be that of the driver.

Picking Up Merchandise

Furniture can be picked up at the store during our pick up hours. Tuesday through Sunday between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Our warehouse is closed on Monday. If you choose to pick up please come prepared with the proper vehicle. Once the furniture is loaded onto your vehicle Jarons Furniture Outlet will not be responsible for any shipping damage. Please inspect the merchandise prior to leaving our loading area. It is your responsibility to make sure the furniture is secure and properly loaded.
